Elder Mattie Woods
Elder Mattie Woods is a retired CEO with over 25 years of community health administrative experience. She has more recently brought her network of community and business outreach experiences to the Urban League of Greater Pittsburgh where she is helping students at The Community College of Allegheny County and connecting and supporting a stream of people to enter apprenticeships and trades.
Serving the people and helping to improve community health is important to Elder Mattie and leads to her service on several boards and committees: East Liberty Family Health Care Center, Lincoln, Lemington Enhanced Housing (Dorothy Day Apartments), Not Forgotten, Divine Intervention Ministry (reentry), the Faith-Based Health Collaborative (Advisory Committee), University of Pittsburgh Community Research Advisory Board, the Staunton Farm Foundation, the Allegheny County Community Family Health committee, Operation Nehemiah and the Shady Lane School Board.
Elder Mattie is excited about covering We Care Packages Ministry (Women’s Ministry), the Senior “Forever Young” Ministry, Petra Health Ministry, and our Fellowship Ministry. Elder Mattie thanks God for her amazing husband of 50 years, Gerald, two sons Gerald Jr. and his wife, Lydia, and Gemal and his wife, Erica, and two grandchildren, Excel and Truth.
Elder Mattie has received the AKA Women of Distinction Award, the Circle of Courage Award, the Healthy Start Volunteer of the Year Award, Program Research and Development Award, the Allen Place “Excellence in Building Community Partnerships” Award, and the Lincoln Lemington Teen and Adult Programs Award.
Pastor Cameron Clay
A proud Pittsburgh native and Penn State University alumnus, Cameron Clay initially envisioned a traditional career but pivoted after answering a distinct, life-changing call from God to share the gospel and teach His Word. Today, Cameron is deeply committed to being used by the Holy Spirit to build God’s Kingdom, dedicating his life to strengthening Christian families and equipping them to live out their faith.
Since 2014, Cameron and his wife, Winter—a registered nurse, business owner, doula, and midwife apprentice—have partnered in both marriage and ministry. Together, they operate a specialized family coaching practice rooted in biblical truth. Their shared mission is to help households apply practical, faith-based principles to thrive simultaneously in their personal finances, marriages, and daily parenting.
In tandem with his family ministry, Cameron leverages over 14 years of experience as a financial services entrepreneur, registered investment advisor, and certified financial educator with Alto Financial Group to steward resources for God's glory.
Cameron resides in the Pittsburgh area with Winter and their three beloved children: Ashanti, Judah, and Zahra. Above all, he loves serving Jesus, spending time with family, and cheering on the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Elder Maisha Johnson
Maisha Johnson is a lifelong educator and faithful ministry leader whose calling is centered on cultivating the growth and development of people while strengthening organizations. With more than 25 years of experience spanning K–12 education, school administration, higher education, and nonprofit leadership, she is recognized for her wisdom, servant leadership, and commitment to transformational growth.
A Pittsburgh native, Maisha holds a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Morgan State University and a Master of Education from the University of Pittsburgh. Throughout her career, she has led instructional improvement, developed educational programs, and advanced equitable practices that have strengthened learning communities and organizational effectiveness.
Ordained as an Elder at Petra International Ministries in 2023, Maisha serves as Administrative Elder and leads Catapult Ministry, a discipleship ministry that equips members for ministry activation and calling discovery.
Whether serving in ministry or professional leadership, Maisha is passionate about walking alongside individuals and organizations with wisdom, integrity, and faith, empowering others to live with purpose, lead with confidence, and faithfully fulfill God’s assignment for their lives.
Maisha is grateful to share in life and ministry with her husband, Elder William Johnson. Together, they joyfully serve in Catapult Ministry. They are the proud parents of their daughter, Cali Johnson.
Pastor Miracle Reed
Miracle Reed has lived a life fully surrendered to God — beginning with her birth at just 1.6 lbs, three months premature, a testament to His unfailing power. She began ministering at age 8, was traveling the U.S. as a minister by 13, and launched a three-year youth ministry by 15. A dual-degree alumna of Geneva College (Human Services & Biblical Studies), a published author of three books, and a pastor for six years outside the U.S., Miracle’s life is a portrait of radical obedience.
In 2016, a leap of faith took her to East Africa, where she founded Bridge of Hope Global — a nonprofit supporting developing communities worldwide. Her organization owns land in Kenya, where the “Hope Village“ development is underway. She also founded The 606, an online and in-person community that empowers, develops and equips believers globally to move forward in the things of God.
Having grown up with parents who struggled with addiction, Miracle is a passionate advocate for hope, healing, and the power of choice. She currently serves as a Pastoral Leader at Petra International Ministries under Bishop Donald Clay, believing her life’s purpose is to bridge people to an authentic encounter with Christ — inside and outside the church.
